With a passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence, she has established herself as a leader in her field, driving growth and success through her unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership. Dr. Chandra Mauli Dwivedi is President and Group CHRO of Aarav Global Group of companies. Dr. Dwivedi was President & Global CHRO and CSR Head of Datamatics Group of Companies, Group CHRO of ESDS Software Solutions Limited, Fazlani Group of Companies and Group Head – Human Resources of Financial Technologies Group of Companies.
Dr Dwivedi was Director of a Leading Business School. Dr Dwivedi has been recipient of prestigious Young Scientist Award by GOI, Top 30 Global HR Leader, J R D Tata HR Leadership Award, Exemplary Leadership Award, Greatest HR Professionals of India.
Dr Dwivedi is the one of the Youngest Ph.D guide in Management Sciences and on the Board of Governors of many leading universities and business schools. Dr Dwivedi has managed over 20000 employees across countries, IPO, M&A, building leadership teams of achievers and aligned HR strategies and with business strategies of the companies.
Dr. Dwivedi is a Ph.D in Industrial Psychology and a Certified Corporate Director from Institute of Directors – IOD. Dr. Dwivedi is also a trained Lead Assessor for SEI- People Capability Maturity Model – PCMM developed by Carnegie Mellon University - USA.

With nearly three decades of experience, Mr. Harshad Tendulkar holds the key position of Group Executive Director. His wealth of knowledge in team-building, human resource management, and finance, particularly in the pharma sector, has been pivotal to the company's growth. Prior to his tenure with Aarav Group, he worked with several other esteemed organizations in important managerial positions.

Mr. Sachin Rane brings over 34 years of experience in the IT and BPO/KPO sectors. He has managed global software delivery across more than 46 countries, serving clients across North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East. He is a proven leader with experience in integrating acquired entities and delivering mission-critical applications for global clients.
Sr. Vice President – Projects
With nearly three decades of diversified experience in the technology sector, Mr. Aamod Gokhale is a seasoned professional known for his leadership. He has a proven track record of handling strategic accounts in the BFSI, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, and ITES sectors. As Executive Director at Arnav Global Products & Services, he leads a team to ensure optimized delivery cost, revenue generation, and compelling account management across India.
General Manager Finance & Company Secretary
Mr. Hitesh Patel brings a diverse skill set encompassing finance, financial analysis, auditing, taxation, and company secretarial duties. He is a strategic problem-solver known for delivering intelligent solutions with a sense of urgency at all organizational levels. His rich background includes extensive training at Shah & Santoki Associates and pivotal roles at various firms, where he led teams in project finance planning, financial analysis, taxation, and advisory services.

Mr. Manohar Sonu Katale is the Executive Director of Finance at Aarav Global Group, evolved from a position of Senior Consultant with us. He is a seasoned professional with a diverse background and a wealth of experience in finance, taxation, and consultancy. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Pune University and has further honed his expertise with a Diploma in Tax Law from Mit-Con Institute.
